I am astonished at the lengths this guy will go to , to look after his customers. Lockmaster you are one in a million. Being one of the first customers in the shop, I bought the Klom 50 piece set and a Klom EPG both at what I thought were very good prices. The tools arrived and I had a great time playing with them. Then a few days later I get a refund of 10 % because he had revamped the shop and reduced some of the prices. I don't know anywhere else where this would have happened . Amazing ! How could I let this happen without passing on what I think of the best shop around.
